🏃 Pacer Notes
  • Aim to run roughly even splits throughout. It's a bit of fun so doesn't have to be perfect! Start at pace — don't go off too fast in the first kilometre.
  • Ensure you time is pinned to the back of your UR top and call out your target time at the start line so runners can find you.
  • If you're running slightly ahead of pace, ease off gently — don't brake suddenly.
  • Shout encouragement and have fun!!
