Urban Runner

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The aim
What We're About

Improving running form with minimal and barefoot footwear. Developing individual runners using the concepts of Older Yet Faster (OYF).

Who we are
A Group, Not a Club

We are a group of runners — not a formal club. No bureaucracy, no committees. Just people who love running the natural way.

Membership
Who Can Join?

Our monthly community track session is open to everyone — it's the perfect place to start your journey with us. Just confirm your attendance through Strava and come along. If you embraced minimalist footwear and can comfortably run 5K in it, an invitation to our weekly members' track session will be waiting for you.
